Google Kingsoft Powerword Online Translator

The Google Kingsoft Powerword is a free online English Chinese Japanese Translator. This is a handy tool to assist Hanyu vocabulary learning. The dictionary section has instant look up feature for new vocabulary. Point to any Chinese words, a window with English meaning and Hanyu Pinyin will pop up instantly.

However, this function doesn’t support traditional Chinese characters. The workaround is to use the translator to convert traditional Chinese into simplified Chinese before using the pop up dictionary.

The translator is trilingual in English, Chinese and Japanese. It enables bidirectional translations for English-Chinese, Japanese-English pairs and bidirectional conversion between Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese Characters.
